Director Of Information Systems Benefits And Compensation
- Base salary range of $160,000 to $200,000, commensurate with experience

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 10 years in information systems or IT management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification (preferred)
- Proven ability to set IT strategy, manage budgets, and align technology with business goals
- Experience leading and developing multi-disciplinary technical teams
- Demonstrated success leading a full IT function, including help desk, systems, networking, and executive oversight of cybersecurity
- A business and strategy first approach, with strong vendor management, budgeting, and stakeholder communication, backed by enough technical depth to lead and evaluate expert staff
- Ability to translate technical concepts into practical business solutions for non-technical stakeholders
- Executive-level oversight of cybersecurity strategy, policy, and incident response, with day-to-day security handled by a dedicated team
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Must be willing to relocate and work on-site daily in Yerington, Nevada
- Experience in agriculture, food production, manufacturing, or multi-site operations
- Experience leading IT modernization or cloud migration initiatives
- Familiarity with payroll, inventory, ERP, and farm or operational technology systems, including packing-line automation and related data systems
- ITIL or additional project management or IT leadership certifications
- Proven success managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts
- Collaborative leadership style with a focus on developing people and driving operational excellence
