They work closely with the team members to drive operational excellence and best-in-class guest satisfaction. Must have a desire to engage with the guests on a daily basis.
Culinary Manager Requirements
- Strong background in working in a Scratch Kitchen and leading a team of more than 20 employees
- Supporting Recruitment and Retention of team members by creating a culture focused on its people as the #1 asset
- Training and Development procedures as the primary key to success and future growth
- Daily Supervision of the hourly team members, providing feedback and support in a timely manner
- Strong lens around Flawless Plate presentation for each and every guest
- Servant Leadership Style and Passion for People
- Bilingual preferred but not required
- 2 years in a leadership role as a Kitchen/Culinary Manager
- Polished casual, upscale, or fine dining experience (preferred)
- No more than 2 jobs in the past 5 years
- Experience managing a P&L, scheduling, and ordering/inventory
- Enjoys hands-on leadership in a scratch kitchen
