Commercial Lines Producer Requirements & Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license in MA required; RI license a plus
• Minimum 3 commercial insurance sales
• Demonstrated ability to prospect, close, and retain clients
• Professional communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational skills; self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Experience with AMS360 agency management system preferred
  
  

Commercial Lines Producer Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new commercial insurance accounts
• Build trusted relationships with business owners and key decision-makers
• Identify client risks and recommend tailored commercial insurance solutions
• Present proposals, negotiate terms, and secure coverage for clients
• Collaborate closely with internal service and account management teams
• Ensure compliance with carrier and regulatory requirements
• Track activity and manage your sales pipeline using AMS360
