We are seeking a talented Catering Chef who can elevate dining experiences and lead catering events with excellence.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead all catering operations, from menu planning to event execution
- Manage purchasing, inventory, and cost controls
- Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
- Collaborate on new culinary programs with marketing and leadership teams
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Culinary degree relevant certifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or senior culinary leader
- Strong knowledge of menu development, culinary techniques, and food safety
- Leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Proficiency with culinary software & Microsoft Office
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Higher education dining or large-scale food service background
- Experience managing catering events
- Strong vendor and cost management experience
