Catering Chef

We are seeking a talented Catering Chef who can elevate dining experiences and lead catering events with excellence.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead all catering operations, from menu planning to event execution
• Manage purchasing, inventory, and cost controls
• Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
• Collaborate on new culinary programs with marketing and leadership teams

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Culinary degree relevant certifications
• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or senior culinary leader
• Strong knowledge of menu development, culinary techniques, and food safety
• Leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Proficiency with culinary software & Microsoft Office

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Higher education dining or large-scale food service background
• Experience managing catering events
• Strong vendor and cost management experience
