What You’ll Do As a Sous Chef

• Deliver an outstanding guest experience through excellence in food quality and service
• Train, guide, and empower kitchen staff to perform at their best
• Foster a respectful, supportive, and accountable team environment
• Assist the Kitchen Manager and Executive Chef as needed
• Maintain high standards of service and execution during every shift
  
  

What You Bring In a Sous Chef Role

• 2–3 years of kitchen leadership experience
• Strong leadership skills — lead by example, communicate clearly, develop talent
• A team-first, solutions-driven approach with a positive attitude
• Passion for culinary excellence and continuous improvement
