We are seeking an experienced Casino Surveillance Manager to join a well-established Casino/Gaming company, in the beautiful state of Iowa!

The position requires residency or relocation to Dubuque IA.

Casino Surveillance Manager Qualifications & Requirements

  • 6 years of Casino surveillance experience
  • 3 years of leadership experienced
  • Must have, or be able to obtain, the required Iowa gaming license
  • Proficient knowledge of all table games rules, procedures, and gaming regulations
  • Experienced with hand held radios, video systems, retention devices, surveillance software and Microsoft Office
  • Servant leadership and genuine care for helping others
  • Great communicator and believes in an open-door policy with their team
  • Flexible and teamwork focused mentality
  • High ethical standards and business integrity
  • Positive attitude and energy
