Cafe Manager Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of team leadership experience in a hospitality setting.
• Strong focus on hospitality and guest experience.
• Proven ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Experience managing an operation with annual revenue of $1.25 million or more.
• Financial acumen is a significant plus.
  
  

Cafe Manager Preferred Background & Skills

• Experience in a hybrid service model with counter orders and food delivery.
