Cafe General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

• 2 years of General Manager experience in a full-service restaurant
• Passion for hospitality and exceptional service
• Proven ability to achieve key performance indicators
• Strong financial skills with experience in P&L, budgeting, and forecasting
• Coaching and mentoring skills for team development
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator
• Team player comfortable with hands-on leadership
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• DOH Accreditation and/or ServSafe Certification

• Manage profitability by meeting sales, cost of goods, and labor goals
