Business Development Director – Force Measurement - Eastern Region

Location: Remote | 25% Travel

In this high-impact, customer-facing role, you will lead go-to-market strategies, grow key accounts, and collaborate closely with engineering teams to shape next-generation force measurement products. Business Development Director Compensation

• Base salary: 125k-175k strong commission plan
• OTE: 200k in year one
  
  

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute sales and go-to-market strategies
• Increase market share, revenue, and customer satisfaction
• Manage and expand key customer accounts
• Provide technical product support and identify new project opportunities
• Work with engineering teams to support new product development
• Deliver accurate forecasting and support sales operations
• Travel frequently across North America, with occasional international travel
  
  

What You Bring

• 3 years in industrial or technical sales (force measurement preferred)
• Experience with load cells, sensors, strain gauge or similar technologies.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-driven, organized, and motivated, with a strong business development mindset
• Technical aptitude (mechanical, electrical, or software knowledge is a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; MBA desirable
