Assistant Restaurant Manager Requirements

• 1–3 years of leadership experience in a fast-casual, café, ice cream, or food service environment
• Strong guest-first mindset with an outgoing, friendly personality and the ability to build regular customers
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to take direction while confidently leading a team
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
