• 3 years of full-service restaurant management experience (high-volume, systems-driven casual to upscale-casual environments preferred)
• A stable work history demonstrating commitment and consistency
• Proven leadership skills with a coach-first mindset
• Ability to uphold standards, exceed expectations, and build strong relationships
