What You’ll Do

• Support the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations in a high-energy, high-volume setting
• Lead, coach, and develop a team focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Help drive performance, accountability, and operational excellence across all shifts
• Uphold and enforce systems, standards, and company expectations
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, and overall team performance
