- 3–5 years of multi-unit management experience (QSR or fast-casual preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Ability to analyze financial reports and drive performance-based decisions
- Proven record of improving operations and developing management teams
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for regular travel between locations
- Prior experience in a similar restaurant brand environment
- Familiarity with operational systems such as Workforce Management, KVS, or Team Scheduling
- ServSafe certification or equivalent
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring consistent quality, safety, and guest satisfaction across multiple locations
- Support, mentor, and develop General Managers and management teams to achieve performance goals
- Conduct regular in-store visits to monitor standards, service, and operational execution
- Analyze financial performance and implement plans for profitability and sales growth
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational guidelines, and all health and safety regulations
- Champion a guest-first culture while leading local marketing and community initiatives
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement and support successful roll-out of new initiatives
