Advisor Success Manager

Location: Remote (Eastern or Central Time)

Compensation: $90,000 base variable

A fast-growing financial services firm is hiring an Advisor Success Manager to own and build the advisor activation and success function.

What You Will Build (primary Responsibility)

• A scalable process to activate newly contracted advisors who are not yet producing
• A re-engagement framework for existing advisors underutilizing the model
• A repeatable “lock arms” approach to guiding advisors through a holistic planning and risk-mitigation process
• The operational foundation (tools, workflows, communication rhythms) that supports long-term advisor productivity
  
  

Additional Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned advisors
• Coach advisors toward clear production goals and accountability
• Connect advisors with internal planning, case design, and SME resources
• Track advisor engagement, activity, and progress
• Partner with leadership to continuously improve processes as the firm scales
  
  

Who This Role Is For

• Experience with financial advisors, insurance, annuities, or wealth management preferred
