B2B Account Executive Requirements & Qualifications:
- 2 years of recent B2B sales experience in commercial copiers, printers, MFPs, managed print services, or document solutions
- Proven hunter with strong recent sales production and success generating net-new business
- Experience with self-generated prospecting, cold calling, appointment setting, field sales, and closing
- Strong knowledge of commercial copier/MFP equipment, leasing, service/maintenance agreements, and managed print solutions
- Confident, assertive sales presence with strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Build a pipeline and book of business from the ground up while developing long-term customer relationships
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through proposal, close, and ongoing account growth
- Independently manage sales activity, appointments, pipeline, follow-up, and customer meetings
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass required background and drug screening
- Experience selling Ricoh, Lexmark, Xerox, Canon, Konica Minolta, Kyocera, Sharp, HP, KIP, Lanier, Savin, or comparable commercial copier/MFP solutions
- Existing Arizona B2B relationships preferred; entrepreneurial, competitive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
