Account Executive Benefits & Compensation
- Base salary of $90,000–$100,000 plus uncapped commission
- Fully Remote
- OTE $180,000

- 3 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with consistent quota attainment
- Experience managing full sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Ability to execute a structured, multi-touch account-based sales strategy
- Comfortable leading product demonstrations and engaging finance and operations leaders
- Strong pipeline discipline and CRM forecasting experience
- Willingness to travel approximately 20 percent
- Experience selling into multi-location companies
- Track record of building 3X pipeline coverage within ramp period
