Overview
Lead and support the Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst team, ensuring efficient operations, strong credit risk management, and effective use of credit insurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and coach AR staff; provide performance feedback and evaluations.
- Oversee collections through calls, emails, and third-party agencies; manage relationships Atradius Credit Insurance.
- Review credit applications, reports, and references; enforce credit policies to minimize bad debt.
- Investigate and resolve customer billing/payment disputes in partnership with Sales and Customer Service.
- Support AR reporting, reconciliations, bad debt accruals, and month-end close.
- Prepare and distribute monthly AR and aging reports; support U.S. and international AR operations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, IT, Customer Service, and Finance; act as backup to AR Manager.
- Continuously seek process improvements for efficiency, accuracy, and controls.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 3–5 years AR experience, including 1–2 years supervisory/team lead role.
- Strong knowledge of AR operations, collections, credit analysis, and credit insurance.
- ERP experience (SAP preferred); proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills; detail-oriented and adaptable.
- Competitive compensation at $62-72,000 Annually
