Ranked by Corporate Counsel as one of the nation’s most active intellectual property litigation practices, Goodwin’s intellectual property litigation practice is handling groundbreaking patent, trade secrets and commercial disputes in the high technology, software, digital media and semiconductor industries.
Goodwin seeks highly qualified and associates with 3 - 4 years of experience to join our Litigation group in Boston. Candidates must have specific experience with patent and trade secrets disputes. Experience with inter partes review petitions is highly desirable. A degree in an Engineering discipline, Physics or Computer Science is strongly preferred.
Candidates applying for associate positions with Goodwin should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) required. Admission to practice before the USPTO preferred.
