Goodwin seeks a highly qualified midlevel associate to join our Technologies Companies M&A group. Candidates should have significant experience both working in teams and in managing components of transactions independently, with specific experience in mergers and acquisitions preferably for both early and late-stage technology companies and leading venture capital investor clients. Candidate must be proactive, with a strong business sense and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships.
