Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Light
Lifting 20 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 10 pounds. Walking or standing to a significant degree involves sitting most of the time with a degree of pushing and pulling.
WORK ENVIRONMENT

Occasionally exposed to extreme atmospheric conditions (temperature, noise fumes, dust, etc.)

Job Summary
The Loss Prevention Assistant will assist the Loss Prevention Manager with administration of proactive loss and asset protection activities within the agency.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the maintenance and monitoring of access cards, Hikvision cameras, or locks.
- Conduct store audits to identify problem areas or procedural deficiencies.
- Monitor workplace to assess safety and security issues or concerns.
- Assist with investigations of known or suspected internal or external theft.
- Assist with investigations of disturbances such unlawful intrusion, fires, and property damage.
- Assist with accident investigations and provide management & Human Resources video recording of incidents.
- Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external customers.
- Must be able to work evening or weekend as needed.

- One year loss prevention experience in a retail environment is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
- CPR/First Aid Certificate preferred
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license and be insurable
- Must maintain confidentiality and use discretion in dealing with sensitive or controversial issues and information.
- Must be able to build strong relationships to protect company assets.
- Knowledge of principles and techniques of risk/loss prevention management and administration.
- Ability to maintain accurate information and efficient record keeping systems.
- Ability to travel within the Goodwill service area.
