Be the welcoming face of Goodwill! Help donors give with purpose and keep our mission moving forward across Western New York.
What You’ll Do
- Greet donors with warmth and assist in unloading donations
- Offer a donation receipt to every donor, every time
- Sort, package, and safely store donated goods
- Protect and secure Goodwill property at all times
- Follow all safety procedures and help maintain a safe work environment
- Travel to and work at multiple donation trailer locations
- Friendly, dependable, and community‑minded
- Able to work independently and stay positive in a fast-paced setting
- Physically capable and committed to safe work practices

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Decision‑making skills and comfort with basic loading/movement of goods
