The Automotive Services Coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support to the Automotive Fleet Division at Goodwill Industries of Middle Georgia & the CSRA. This role serves as a central point of coordination for fleet maintenance, repair scheduling, documentation, and communication ensuring vehicles, equipment, and records are managed efficiently to support mission-driven operations across the organization.

Fleet & Maintenance Coordination
- Schedule and track preventative maintenance and repair services for fleet vehicles and equipment
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and technicians to ensure timely service completion
- Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and maintenance logs
Administrative & Operational Support
- Manage daily administrative functions of the fleet/garage office
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and vendor documentation in coordination with Finance
- Track fleet-related expenses and assist with budget monitoring
- Maintain compliance documentation (registrations, insurance, inspections, etc.)
Communication & Customer Support
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal departments regarding fleet needs
- Communicate service timelines, updates, and delays clearly to stakeholders
- Support coordination of vehicle assignments and usage across departments
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
- High school diploma required; associate degree or relevant certification preferred
- 2 years of administrative, operations, or coordination experience (fleet, automotive, facilities, or logistics environment preferred)
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with vendors, technicians, and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with HRIS or fleet systems a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic understanding of automotive or maintenance operations is a plus, but not required
