Goodwill Industries of Greater Nebraska is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Program Manager to oversee contracts and services within our Shared Living Provider (SLP) program. In this role, you’ll coordinate all aspects of assigned services—ensuring individuals we serve receive reliable, high-quality support. You’ll recruit and guide subcontractors, confirm training and placement requirements, and take part in Individual Support Plan (ISP) development. You’ll monitor service delivery, documentation, billing, and compliance, completing monthly home visits and addressing issues quickly when they arise. This role combines hands-on oversight with strong organization and follow-through, all grounded in our values of respect, integrity, and compassion.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS
- Promote Shared Living services to participants and stakeholders
- Recruit and support qualified subcontractors
- Ensure subcontractor requirements (site, training, placement) are met
- Participate in ISP development
- Monitor service delivery, documentation, billing, and budgets
- Complete monthly home visits and resolve service gaps promptly
- Maintain accurate records and case management documentation
- Support Rights and Advisory Committee functions
- Ensure compliance with policies and standards
- Uphold Goodwill values and reporting expectations
- Complete other duties as assigned
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in related field with a minimum of three years experience in the field of developmental disabilities and at least one year leadership or management experience, or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
- Must have a valid driver’s license issued in the State of Nebraska and meet insurance requirements.
