Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Ensure consistent, professional daily operations within the workforce development center
- Implement structured workflows, intake processes, and office protocols
- Maintain operational discipline through checklists, scheduling, and staff expectations
Team Accountability & Coordination
- Establish and lead a regular operational meeting cadence
- Monitor performance standards and ensure follow-through on priorities
- Provide coordination and oversight across program staff
- Serve as a point of escalation for operational challenges
Data & Reporting Oversight
- Ensure accurate and timely use of reporting systems (ETO)
- Maintain documentation standards aligned with funding and compliance requirements
- Support ongoing reporting and performance tracking
Process Improvement & Scalability
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
- Standardize workflows to support program consistency and future expansion
- Develop repeatable systems for multi-site growth
Grant & Compliance Support
- Track reporting deadlines and ensure operational alignment with grant requirements
- Support compliance efforts, including CARF standards
- Ensure documentation readiness for audits and funding reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent operational leadership experience
- 5 years in operations, program management, or service delivery environments
- Demonstrated experience improving processes in complex settings
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Data literacy and experience working with reporting systems
- Ability to hold teams accountable while maintaining collaborative relationships
- Commitment to serving individuals facing employment barriers
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
Work Environment
- Primarily office-based with regular movement throughout the facility
- Occasional off-site travel as needed
- Exposure to sensitive participant situations requiring professionalism and empathy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
