Position: Career Navigator
A career navigator provides case management services to participants through the Case Worthy system. They work with participants to determine their specific needs, assist in accessing resources from partner agencies, and monitor progress towards individual development plan goals.
The role involves providing comprehensive career development plans, conducting intake assessments, and ensuring seamless services are delivered to individuals. The career navigator also serves as the main contact and coordinator for participants and involved partners, enters case management information into the client tracking system, and develops relationships with public and private enterprises to access community resources.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing case management services through the Case Worthy system
- Determining participant needs and accessing resources from partner agencies
- Monitoring progress towards individual development plan goals
- Developing comprehensive career development plans
- Conducting intake assessments and ensuring seamless services are delivered
- Serving as the main contact and coordinator for participants and involved partners
- Entering case management information into the client tracking system
- Developing relationships with public and private enterprises to access community resources
- Tracking job development activities, workshops, classes, internships, and case management activities in databases
- Maintaining data accuracy in databases for assessments, enrollments, case-management services, and follow-up activities
- Building and maintaining participant case files
- Submitting required documentation and reports by assigned due dates

Salary Range: $18-$20 per hour based on experience.
