Position Summary
The Talent Solutions Sales Specialist is responsible for driving sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, client outreach, and securing job orders across the Greater Houston area. This role works closely with the Business Development Manager and recruiting team to deliver effective staffing solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outreach, networking, and prospecting
- Identify and engage decision-makers to uncover hiring needs
- Qualify leads and conduct discovery conversations with prospective clients
- Present talent solutions and convert opportunities into job orders
- Maintain strong client relationships and serve as a primary point of contact
- Partner with recruiting teams to ensure timely and successful fulfillment
- Track activity, pipeline, and client interactions in the CRM
- Provide regular updates on sales activity, job orders, and client feedback
- Identify opportunities to expand within existing accounts
- Support client meetings, interviews, and events as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in B2B sales or staffing operations
- Proven track record of generating new business and managing client relationships
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
