Summary
The (Allyship, Life skills & Leadership) A.L.L Club Youth Program Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and timely transportation for youth participants (grades 7-12) to and from program activities, schools, community outings, and special events. This role supports the mission of creating a welcoming “third space” where young people can build community, develop life skills, and grow in leadership.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Safely transport youth participants to and from program locations, including school pick-ups and community-based activities.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, agency transportation policies, and youth safety protocols.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and operational readiness.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned vehicle.
- Accurately complete transportation logs, mileage documentation, and incident reports as required.
- Communicate effectively with program staff regarding scheduling, delays, or transportation concerns.
- Support a respectful, inclusive, and positive atmosphere for youth during transportation.
- Report safety concerns, behavioral issues, or vehicle maintenance needs promptly.
- Participates in regular agency training related to safety, youth engagement, and compliance.
- Comply with all Agency policies, procedures, and safety standards throughout work areas and maintain same to meet CARF, Department of Labor and other regulatory standards.
- Other duties as assigned by the Safety Manager.

Education Requirements
Minimum of high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Experience Requirements
At least two years of driving experience are required. Previous professional driving experience, experience working with youth in educational, recreational, nonprofit, or community settings, and familiarity with the Miami Valley region and surrounding communities are preferred but not required.
