Duties
- Greet guests warmly and present menus confidently, providing detailed descriptions of dishes and beverages to enhance their experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Cake, ensuring timely processing of sales transactions
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper beverage service
- Handle cash and card payments accurately, processing transactions swiftly and securely
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning service areas, and adhering to food safety protocols
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and delivered promptly to guests
- Assist with guest relations by addressing questions or concerns professionally and courteously
Skills
- Extensive experience with POS systems including Cake
- Strong knowledge of food industry standards, including food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
