As the Sales Associate Team Lead, you'll mentor team members while providing operational and technical support that helps projects run smoothly and customers receive an exceptional experience.
Your Responsibilities Include
Lead & Mentor
- Coach, mentor, and develop Sales Associates within your area of expertise.
- Share knowledge, best practices, and technical guidance across teams.
- Support onboarding and training of newer associates.
- Foster a collaborative, positive, and accountable team environment.
- Support order setup, processing, and project closeout.
- Review orders for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with billing questions and documentation standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide guidance on internal processes, workflows, and compliance.
- Serve as a resource for product specifications and manufacturer knowledge.
- Assist with product research and customer solutions.
- Support proposals, bids, pricing guidance, and quoting best practices.
- Stay current on new manufacturers and product offerings.
- Help sales teams deliver creative, accurate solutions for customers.

Preferred Qualifications Include
- Three or more years of experience in commercial furniture, sales support, project coordination, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of major contract furniture manufacturers
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Commitment to collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
