As a Client Enrollment Associate, you’ll play a key role in our client outreach and service process. You’ll be the first friendly point of contact for potential business clients, helping introduce tailored telecom and internet solutions while ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to professionalism, transparency, and value.
Responsibilities of the Client Enrollment Associate
- Act as the first point of contact for local businesses, professionally introducing Dorado Sales Group’s telecom and internet solutions.
- Conduct outbound and inbound outreach to engage decision-makers, generate interest, and qualify potential client opportunities.
- Hold thoughtful discovery conversations to understand business needs, operations, and service requirements.
- Identify alignment between client needs and available solutions, clearly communicating benefits and next steps.
- Schedule qualified appointments and consultations for the sales team, ensuring a smooth, well-documented handoff.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all outreach, conversations, and follow-ups within CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support a consistent and positive client experience.
- Stay informed on current service offerings, promotions, and product updates to confidently communicate value.
- Represent the Dorado Sales Group with professionalism, integrity, and a service-focused mindset in every interaction.
Qualifications of the Client Enrollment Associate

- Highly organized with strong time-management and follow-up skills.
