POSITION SUMMARY: Our acre Winrock Town Center, which includes a two-acre park with a waterfall and large pond, will be a horticultural masterpiece. We are looking for an individual to help maintain this magnificent property. We are seeking a knowledgeable individual with commercial landscaping experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: NOTE: Goodman Realty Group may unilaterally change the requirements of this job description at any time. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. These include, but are not limited to, the following.

• Become an important member of our landscaping crew.
• Install, maintain, and repair irrigation.
• Install, maintain, and replenish landscaping beds and display areas.
• Trim trees and bushes.
• Knowledge of construction is a plus.
• Follow all safety protocols to prevent damage or injury.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Schedule may vary, and you should be available to work weekends.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• One year of experience directly related to the essential functions.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and other employees.
• Organizational skills to keep track of multiple jobs and the materials needed.
• Occupational hazards and standard safety practices.
• Basic mathematical knowledge.
• English language usage, reading, writing, and speaking.
• Operate a wide variety of hand tools and power tools in a safe and effective manner.
• Read and understand verbal and written instructions.
• Work independently in the absence of supervision.
• Check one's own work for quality and mistakes.
• Work well with others.
• Communicate clearly and effectively.
• A valid New Mexico driver's license, vehicle insurance, good driving record and reliable vehicle.

Salary : $18 - $22
