Goodelman Demolition is seeking an experienced, hands-on Lead Bilingual Demolition Supervisor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead demolition crews from project start through completion
- Supervise and work alongside crew members in the field
- Coordinate daily job site activities and maintain project schedules
- Ensure safety protocols and company standards are followed
- Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members
- Perform and oversee selective and structural demolition work
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Experience leading demolition crews
- Knowledge of demolition methods and job site safety
- Ability to perform minor electrical, plumbing, and framing work
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Must be dependable, motivated, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
