What You'll Do as the Senior Project Manager - Demolition:
- Lead demolition projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee field operations, subcontractors, and project schedules
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, union requirements, and agency regulations
- Manage client communication, site meetings, and project coordination
- Handle monthly billing, change orders, and cost tracking
- Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation
- Perform or oversee estimating, takeoffs, and bid preparation
- Partner with leadership to support project startup and execution
- Develop and maintain relationships with general contractors and public agencies
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the market
Must-Haves as the Senior Project Manager - Demolition:
- 8-15 years of experience in demolition or related construction sectors
- Strong background in both project management and estimating
- Experience working in union labor environments
- Familiarity with public sector and agency-driven projects
