We are looking for a friendly, engaging, and detail-minded Orthodontic Assistant who loves connecting with people, staying on top of tasks, and helping patients feel confident about their treatment journey. - Outgoing, positive, and social person with a genuine love for helping others
- Someone who can accurately and gently perform complex procedures in a specific amount of time
- The ability to do the above while simultaneously making the patient feel comfortable, valued, and at ease
- Someone who shares the passion, vision, and core values of our practice
- Hard-working self-starter that doesn't need to be micro-managed (Yup, that's a record-setting number of hyphenated words in a sentence)
- Receptive to constantly learning new skills and adapting
- No-drama llama! No, for real.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or GED
- Radiology Certification preferred
- Orthodontic Chairside Experience preferred, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to train the right candidate.
COMPENSATION: Hourly wage (negotiable and based on experience), Benefits Bonuses
