Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate entries.
- Perform data entry tasks, including invoicing and payment processing.
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents and records.
- Assist with bookkeeping duties, including reconciling accounts and preparing financial reports.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to billing or accounts.
- Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Office applications to manage financial data effectively.
- Handle front desk responsibilities, including answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism.
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow within the office.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an accounting or clerical role is preferred.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) is essential.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent typing skills with a focus on data entry efficiency.
