Role Overview
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-obsessed Live Streaming Assistant / Moderator to support high-volume live selling shows. This is a behind-the-scenes execution role — you are responsible for making sure the streamer can focus 100% on selling while you control everything else.
If the show runs smoothly, that’s you. If it’s chaotic, that’s also you.
Shift
- Late night / overnight required
- Must be comfortable working high-energy shows during late hours
Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Show Setup
- Prepare and organize all inventory before going live
- Ensure products are labeled, accessible, and in correct order
- Set up streaming area (lighting, camera angles, backdrop, cleanliness)
- Test all equipment: phone, camera, audio, internet connection
Live Show Support
- Feed products to the streamer quickly and accurately
- Keep inventory flowing so there is zero dead time
- Update and track items being sold in real-time
- Assist with giveaways, bundles, and order flow
- Troubleshoot technical issues immediately (audio, lag, disconnects)
- Communicate with streamer constantly (off-camera) to keep pace high
Post-Show Execution
- Organize remaining inventory
- Ensure sold items are properly separated for fulfillment
- Reset station for next show
- Flag any issues (missing items, tech failures, process breakdowns)
What We’re Looking For
- Extremely organized and fast-moving
- Can handle pressure in a live environment
- Strong attention to detail (mistakes cost money)
- Tech-comfortable (basic troubleshooting is non-negotiable)
- Clear communicator — you keep the streamer sharp and on track
- Reliable for late-night shifts (this is critical)
Bonus Points If You
- Have experience with Whatnot, TikTok Live, or live selling platforms
- Have worked in warehouse, fulfillment, or fast-paced retail
- Understand inventory flow and order handling
- Can anticipate problems before they happen
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
