Key Responsibilities
- Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Review orders for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain and update customer and order information
- Use Microsoft Excel to organize, track, and manage data
- Communicate with internal departments regarding orders and customer information
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or missing information
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed
- Meet established deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Provide dependable support to the sales and operations teams
- Previous experience in order entry, data entry, administration, customer service, or a similar role
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills are required
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Professional, dependable, and positive attitude
- Previous experience with order management or publishing is a plus
