This is a unique hybrid role combining permit coordination, customer communication, and accounts payable support. The right person will be detail‑oriented, dependable, and enjoy being part of a team that takes pride in doing things the right way.

What You’ll Do
- Process and track accounts payable invoices
- Manage and submit permits with local municipalities
- Track permit approvals and inspection schedules
- Communicate with customers regarding permits and inspections
- Assist with incoming calls and customer service support
- Coordinate scheduling details with office and field teams
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Support the office team to ensure smooth daily operations
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working with municipalities and paperwork processes
- Customer‑focused with a professional phone presence
- Detail‑oriented and reliable
- Experience with accounts payable or bookkeeping preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Team player with a positive attitude
Experience in plumbing, HVAC, construction, or home services is helpful but not required.
