Social Media / Digital leads generator & Customer Service Representative

We’re looking for ONE motivated, creative, and people-focused professional who wants more than just a job—you want to help build something AMAZING!
This is not just a customer service role.
And it’s not just social media either.
You will own and grow our social media presence generating leads while also being a key voice in our customer experience.
What this role really is:
You are the bridge between our brand and our customers—online and on the phone. You’ll help shape how we show up digitally while making sure every customer interaction reflects who we are.
You will also work directly with the owner and marketing leadership as we build out our national coaching and franchising initiatives—focused on bringing a higher level of integrity, organization, and professionalism to the home service industry.
This is a rare opportunity to be close to the growth and evolution of multiple businesses—not just maintain one.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Managing and growing our social media presence in multiple companies (content, posting, engagement)
- Creating and coordinating marketing content and lead generation that reflects our brand
- Monitoring reviews and online reputation
- Answering inbound calls and delivering a top-tier customer experience
- Supporting scheduling and communication between customers and our team
What we’re looking for:
- Creative and comfortable with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Positive, upbeat, and genuinely people-oriented
- Strong communication skills—both written and over the phone
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Typing speed of 45 WPM preferred
- A willing teammate helping to do “whatever it takes” to launch, grow and help others succeed
Schedule: (Negotiable)
- Monday–Friday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
