The Floor Technician will be responsible for maintaining and cleaning various types of flooring, including tile, carpet, and vinyl, to ensure a safe and visually appealing environment. Working within a small team of 2-5 members, this role involves regular interaction with customers or clients to meet their floor care and janitorial needs with professionalism and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Perform floor cleaning and maintenance on tile, carpet, and vinyl surfaces
- Conduct general cleaning duties to uphold facility standards
- Handle trash disposal efficiently and hygienically
- Collaborate with a small team to complete assigned tasks
- Engage regularly with customers or clients to address floor care concerns
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in floor maintenance
