Floor Technician

Pay: $1200.00 monthly ($600 per check)

Associate must submit criminal background check from a police department.

Monday - Friday 5 PM – 10 PM

Overview:
We are currently seeking three skilled and detail-oriented Floor Technician to join our team. As a Floor Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of various types of flooring surfaces. This is a crucial role in ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for our clients and customers.

Duties:
- Perform floor care duties, including buffing, stripping, carpet shampooing, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Utilize commercial cleaning equipment to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of floors.
- Conduct carpet cleaning tasks, such as spot cleaning and deep cleaning.
- Perform buffing and waxing of hard floors to maintain their shine.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
- Assist with other custodial duties as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in floor care and commercial cleaning
- Knowledge of different types of flooring materials and appropriate cleaning methods
- Familiarity with carpet cleaning techniques and equipment
- Ability to operate floor care machinery, such as buffers and polishers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills to meet assigned deadlines
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects are required
- Knowledge of environmental services and clean practices
