- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders for clients.
- Handle medical collections and process payments efficiently.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all information is up-to-date.
- Assist in the management of inventory for veterinary supplies and medications.
- Provide basic information to clients regarding pet care, services offered, and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and clinic facilities.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a veterinary setting is preferred, not required. We are willing to teach!
- Familiarity with medical collection processes is beneficial.
