Good Shepherd Child Development Center seeks faith-filled early childhood professionals who desire to provide an atmosphere of safety, love, acceptance, discovery, and exploration. Our teachers will plan and implement age-appropriate activities that work to intentionally improve all five areas of a child's development.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience working with children in a child care setting.
- Provide good communication skills with both young children and adults.
- Educational requirements include High School diploma or equivalent.
- Child Development Associate (CDA) credential is a plus.
- Coursework in early childhood education is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in education/early childhood education is a plus!
RESPONSIBILIITES:
- Plan, supervise and implement curriculum
- Create a caring and positive environment
- Follow classroom daily schedules
- Provide excellent communication to families, coworkers and children
- Ensure health and safety of the children at all times.
