Position Summary
The Fundraising Manager will lead efforts to secure financial support for our housing initiatives, including construction projects that expand access to safe and stable homes. This role is pivotal in cultivating donor relationships, organizing campaigns, and ensuring sustainable funding to advance our mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies, including major gifts, grants, events, and online campaigns.
- Identify and engage potential donors, foundations, and corporate partners.
- Collaborate with leadership to align fundraising with construction and housing development goals.
- Track and report on fundraising progress, ensuring compliance with nonprofit standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, business, or related field; 5 years of fundraising experience preferred.
- Proven track record in donor cultivation and campaign management.
- Experience in construction or capital campaigns is highly helpful.
- Strong communication skills and passion for faith-based community service.
