Position Summary: Our Teachers are rock stars! They nurture a love of learning in a safe and supportive classroom. An Assistant Teacher plays a vital role in providing a high-quality and engaging learning experience for our early learning students. This position requires a passionate educator who can collaborate effectively with fellow colleagues and families.
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma (or equivalent).
· Previous experience working with young children ages 2-5.
· Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
· Demonstrated patience, creativity and a genuine love for children.
· Strong communication, interpersonal and collaborative skills.
· Commitment to professional growth and ongoing learning.
· Must pass a background check through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse https://info.flclearinghouse.com and complete all company paid required training (e.g., CPR & First Aid, 40 Hour DCF Child Care Facility Training).
