Responsibilities
- Assist the classroom teacher with daily activities and lessons.
- Supervise and engage children in learning and play.
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and positive classroom environment.
- Communicate professionally with parents and team members.
- Support the center's mission and educational goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to pass a Level 2 Background Screening.
- 45 DCF Training Hours completed or willingness to obtain within 30 days.
- CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
- Caring, patient, and dependable personality.
