Customer Service Agent

Camping World is seeking a NC CS Agent for our growing team. Our Greenville, NC Contact Center has a fantastic opportunity to become a true partner in helping us grow our company. We are looking for driven and high-energy Customer Service Representatives who are responsible for offering exceptional customer support to our valued customers who may have questions or concerns about an order they placed with us and/or provide assistance to customers who are looking for product information through phone, email or chat. What You'll Do: Answer interactions (phone calls, emails and live chats) and responds to customer requests Assist customers with order entry and order status calls Recognize and alert supervisors of trends in customer calls Recommend new ideas for process improvements Build rapport with customers by using a courteous, friendly and professional manner Various special projects, as assigned Completes other duties as assigned What You'll Need to Have for the Role: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or some college preferred 2 years of customer service and/or 1-2 years related experience.
