We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Part-Time Front Desk Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process while delivering exceptional guest services. Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA.
- Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person, providing accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
- Manage reservations efficiently through hospitality reservation systems, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction.
- Address guest concerns promptly, demonstrating excellent customer service problem-solving skills to resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain security protocols at the front desk, including hotel emergency procedures and night audit responsibilities when scheduled.
- Facilitate guest relations by offering personalized service, assisting with special requests, and ensuring a positive stay experience.
- Support team members with administrative tasks such as phone communication, guest data entry, and documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within hotels or resorts.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest communication.
- Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA, is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly phone etiquette and professional demeanor.
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest safety protocols.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous hotel experience, particularly in resort settings or night audit functions, is advantageous.
