Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team! In this vital role, you will ensure our guest rooms and common areas are spotless, well-maintained, and inviting. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create a positive experience for every guest, maintaining the high standards of cleanliness that define our brand.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, floor care, and surface sanitation to ensure a pristine environment.
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas by sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting floors and surfaces regularly.
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents safely while adhering to sanitation procedures.
• Manage outdoor work responsibilities like patio or balcony cleaning when applicable.
• Communicate effectively with guests regarding their needs or special requests related to housekeeping services.
• Assist with custodial tasks and janitorial responsibilities to uphold the overall cleanliness of the property.

Requirements

• Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or housekeeping management is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, carpet cleaning techniques, and floor care methods.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and outdoor work as needed.
• Familiarity with cleaning detergents, janitorial equipment, and sanitation standards.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout shifts.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods, perform heavy lifting, and work outdoors when required.

Pay: From $17.50 per hour
