Carry-Out Associate: Garden Center

This position is an entry-level position that will conduct general garden-center labor and loading of products into customer’s vehicle while giving friendly customer service. We offer on-the-job training as well as potential for growth within the company.

Our carry-out position is responsible for:

· Working as part of a positive, team-oriented crew

· Prioritizing tasks, as well as communicating any questions or concerns

· Helping customers by lifting and loading merchandise as needed

· Moving and organizing displays and inventory

· Light maintenance duties such as fixing tables and weeding

· Working outside in all weather conditions (hot sun, wind, rain, snow)

Dress code: Clean, good condition t-shirt or polo shirt with jeans, pants, shorts. Work boots/shoes and gloves. No cut-offs. Layers for working outdoors including: work boots, hooded rain jacket, and warmer clothing on colder days with a possibility of needing a change of clothing on wet days. Sun protection including hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen.

Pay: $15.05 - $16.00 per hour
